In this workshop, everything revolves around feet, joints and spinal column and what can be done in terms of prevention and treatment of their problems. You will learn exercises, techniques and new insights that can help you and others to live a life that is more healthy and more free of pain.

The concept for the prevention and treatment of foot, spinal column and joint complaints has essentially been inspired by Kurt Hickethier, Dieter Dorn and my own experience spanning decades.

Timetable:

Friday	from 9 – 12 a.m. and 1.30 – 5 p.m.
